Acknowledgement and Acceptance
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and ITSecuConsult ("Company") regarding your use of the ReguLight application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Grant of License
ITSecuConsult grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Privacy and Data Security
Local Storage: You acknowledge that ReguLight operates entirely locally on your device. The App does not transmit data to ITSecuConsult or any third parties.
User Responsibility: Since we do not host your data, we cannot recover it for you. You are solely responsible for backing up your device and the data contained within the App. ITSecuConsult is not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, theft, or App malfunction.
Support
We may provide support via email at support@regulight.eu at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates, bug fixes, or new features, although we may choose to do so. Any maintenance or support is provided by ITSecuConsult, not Apple.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its source code, design, graphics, and interface, is the proprietary property of ITSecuConsult and is protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ITSECUCONSULT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITSECUCONSULT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DEVICE MALFUNCTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in The Netherlands.
Apple-Specific Terms
Apple’s Role: You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and ITSecuConsult only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and have the right to enforce this Agreement against you.
